Energizers are good batteries that power items for a long time. This 8pack was priced much lower than a 12pack at my local grocery store, which had no 8pack options. The Amazon store gave me all battery count options so I got exactly what I needed with no left over batteries. The free shipping with my Prime account kept the batteries nice and inexpensive all the way to my door.With three grandkids always need batteriesThese Stste 5 year life so hopefully they’ll be true to that. Where I live the price is still a good one for 7 batteries but was a bit disappointed. The product was not damaged in shipping either, it was well protected within the package which leads me to believe it was a manufacturing issue.I ordered two 8 packs for use in outdoor LED wall-mounted lights. They came nicely packaged and protected and they work perfectly. The price was lower than big box stores in Toronto. Their expiry date is years from now so they are new stock.the batteries came all opened in a box that looks like a recycling bin. This is the first time I have to give a one start rating to anything that I receive from Amazon. Very disappointed.Came on time, would appreciate either individual wrapped battery or half pack wrapped .Most products require 2-4 at a time.Still lasting strongvery speedy delivery and a good price. (it says 'hand delivered to recipient' but it was not, it was left on the front porch and that was preferable anyway during this time of covid-19)
