First I want to note that this seller was one of the best I've dealt with on Amazon (M&N international group I think is their name). My original order arrived with a broken piece despite careful packaging (I understand Cedar isn't the sturdiest of materials and was not overly surprised). I sent a message to the seller explaining my problem and within *hours* they had a replacement on the way (they even shipped it with a faster service than the what the original package was sent by and all this during the start of the Corvid19 crisis. I had expected at least a few days lag time between my message and them being able to solve the problem considering everything. So top marks for customer service from me for sure.On to the pants trolley itself: first off, despite the first one I recieved having a broken part, both it and the replacement that arrived in perfect condition were indeed packaged carefully. (I'd wager the first one must have taken a fairly hard tumble in the back of the package truck for it to have broken like it did considering how it was packaged). But Cedar isn't the sturdiest material (I wanted it for the pest resistance and aromatic qualities as I assume most people do) so you should inspect the parts carefully just to be sure everything's good once you get it.Building it was simple and probably took less than 20 minutes by myself (including unwrapping all of the fairly well padded parts and dusting any remaining sawdust off of them to ensure my pants would not pick it up. This process probably took 5 minutes total all by itself). Once built it's solid and works like a charm. Rolls smoothly and holds plenty of pants without threatening to crease them.Finally it looks nicer than I expected. I've bought some Cedar products online from other manufacturers before and it's not uncommon for them to be a bit rough to the touch and need some spot sanding before use. This unit arrived sanded smooth and even the small details look nicer than what the picture on the product page showed so that was another nice surprise.All in all I am extremely happy I found this and didn't settle on the first Cedar pants trolley I found on another site (which was more expensive, held fewer pants and wasn't even completely Cedar - only the rods were).In contrast this one easily holds the 20 pants rods it comes with and if you wanted to add more i imagine you could fit close to another 10 comfortably enough. It's completely made of cedar (which smelled freshly cut -complete with a little recently dried tree resin in spots) and was fairly priced.Service: 6 out of 5Building ease: 4.8/5Construction: 5/5Packaging: 4.5/5Product performance: 5/5Overall: 5/5.
